When can I expect to receive my order?
We strive to ship your orders out as quickly as possible. Due to some items being custom and handmade, our current processing time is 1-2 weeks.
Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for shipping within the U.S., 8-10 business days for shipping to Canada, and 14+ business days for shipping to international destinations.
All orders are shipped through USPS via First Class Mail unless otherwise selected at checkout. Also please note that if upgraded shipping via Priority Mail is selected, this will only speed up the shipping time and not the processing time.
Please Note: Once your order is delivered to the post office, we are not responsible for any error made on behalf of USPS, including late deliveries, or lost/damaged items. However, if you run into issues with shipping, please contact us and we will do what we can to help.
For returned mail due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will contact the customer for the correct address, and the buyer will be responsible for paying the new shipping and handling fees.
For International Orders: In accordance with the law, all international orders will have the full value declared on customs forms. Please be aware of your countries import duties, fees, VAT taxes, and other charges, as some of these can be expensive. These fees are not included in your order's fees (i.e., price of product(s) and shipping fees). ZoZo's Paw cannot be held responsible for these additional charges and we cannot refund you if you refuse to pay these fees.
What are your shipping fees?
For all U.S. orders, we charge a flat fee of either $5.50, $6.95, or $8.95 depending on the weight for all orders below $99.
Receive FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $99 or more!
Expedited shipping is available for U.S. orders via USPS Priority Mail (delivery within 1-3 business days). Shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
For international orders, shipping fees will vary based on weight and destination. Expedited shipping is unavailable at this time for international orders.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We strive to provide you and your pups with the best products possible and want you to be happy with your purchase. We do accept returns/exchanges on some items – see below for additional details.
All items eligible for return/exchange must be in original/unworn/unused/unwashed condition and shipped back in the original packaging. Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, and in the event of an exchange, for the shipping fee to receive the new item.
Tie-On Bandanas and Leashes are eligible for a full refund (excluding shipping fees) or exchange within 14 days from date of delivery. Please first contact us directly to receive a return authorization by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Fray Bandanas, Scrunchies, and Human Scarves are not eligible for return/exchange and are final sale. Our Fray Bandanas are custom-made products, meaning they are specifically made for your pup, making resale difficult. Due to Covid-19 concerns, our human apparel including scrunchies and scarves are final sale.
Dog Lick Mats and Toys are final sale due to hygiene reasons.
In the event that you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at email@example.com and we will ship the correct item your way. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please contact us and we will do what we can to make things right!
May I cancel my order?
Yes! If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know within 24 hours of placing your order to receive a full refund.
Where do you donate sale proceeds?
We donate to non-profit rescue organizations across the country. Have a suggestion for a rescue organization that would love to be considered for donations? Please send us a message – we would love to hear about them!
