How long does it take to process and ship my order?

All of our items are handmade, made-to-order, and processed in the order that they are received. The current processing time (time required to fill your order - does not include shipping time) is typically 5-7 business days. During the busy holiday season, it is usually 7-10 business days.  
Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for shipping within the U.S., 8-10 business days for shipping to Canada, and 14+ days business days for shipping to international destinations. All orders are shipped through USPS via First Class Mail (unless otherwise selected at checkout).
 
Please Note: Once your order is delivered to the post office, we are not responsible for any error made on behalf of USPS (including late deliveries, or lost/damaged items). However, if you run into issues with shipping, please contact us and we will do what we can to help! For returned mail due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will contact the customer for the correct address, and the buyer will be responsible for paying new shipping fees. 
For International Orders:  In accordance with the law, all international orders will have the full value declared on customs forms. Please be aware of your countries import duties, fees, VAT taxes, and other charges, as some of these can be expensive. These fees are not included in your order's fees (price of product(s) nor shipping fees). ZoZo's Paw cannot be held responsible for these additional charges and we cannot refund you if you refuse to pay these fees.
 
What if I'm in a rush to receive my order?

Currently we do not offer rush upgrades that will speed up your order's processing time - the time it takes to make your item(s). This upgrade will become available in October!

Until then, we do offer upgraded shipping. At the checkout, please select Priority Mail (delivery within 1-3 business days to U.S. domestic addresses). Please note that this only speeds up shipping times and not processing times.

What is your return policy?
We strive to provide your pups with the best fitting accessories, and every accessory is specifically custom-made and tailored for your pup! Due to the customization nature of our products, all sales are final. 
 
Please refer to the sizing info/photos that are provided with each listing to determine the right size for your pup's new accessory. If you are still unsure, please feel free to contact us with any questions/concerns before placing your order!  Also, we cannot issue refunds or exchanges for items that were incorrectly placed by the customer (wrong size, etc), so please double-check your order before placing to ensure the correct items and sizes are placed in your cart.  If we mistakenly send you a wrong item, or an item(s) are missing from your order, please contact us at info@zozospaw.com and we will send the correct items your way as quickly as possible!  
 
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please let us know within 24 hours of placing your order to receive a full refund.
 
Where do you donate sale proceeds?
We donate to rescue organizations across the nation that focus on saving pets from high-kill shelters, as these are the furry friends that need our help the most. Have a suggestion for a rescue organization that would love to be considered for donations? Please send us a message - we would love to hear about them!
 
Can cats wear your accessories, too?
Absolutely! Of course our feline friends may join in on the fun, too! 
 
Is there a correct way of attaching your bow ties + bows to my pup's collar?
Yes. Our bow ties + bows feature our very own unique snap design. For proper fit and appearance during wear, please attach to the collar so that the snaps are on the bottom of the bow. If you still aren't quite sure, simply refer to the fabric label on the back to see which way is right-side up. The bow is designed to sit this way on the collar, and by having the snaps on the bottom, it also helps conceal the snaps, and keeps it further away from your pup's mouth. 
 
What is the difference between your fray and tie-on bandanas?
Our fray bandanas feature a frayed trim and attach with snaps. Our tie-on bandanas feature a decorative trim/hem, and simply tie around your pup's neck.
 
Which type of bandana (fray or tie-on) would you recommend for my pup?
If you have a very small pup (under 10 lbs), our fray bandanas will provide a better fit, as the snaps eliminates the need to tie knots, which can add extra bulk. If you're unsure of your pup's exact neck size (as this is important for the fray bandanas), or have a growing pup, the tie-on bandanas may be a better option for you, as this style provides a more generalized range for sizing.
 
Are your party hats the same size as the party hats that you find in large chain stores?
We offer three different sizes for your pup! All three sizes are smaller than the standard-sized party hat for adults. We have found that these tended to be too large for most dog breeds - and/or provided a difficult fit with their ears. Our sizes are made smaller to address both concerns! 
 
I am with a rescue organization, and would like to apply for being featured in the RESCUE section of your website? What steps do I need to take?
