Wholesale Terms and Conditions

All wholesale orders ship within 1-3 business days (unless otherwise noted) upon receipt of payment. 

All wholesale orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.  

Please note that we are not responsible for lost or damaged mail on behalf of the postal service. If you would like to add insurance/protection to your order, please ask us for additional details and fee rates prior to placing your order.  

Although we can provide an estimated delivery date, we cannot guarantee it as it is under the postal service's control. Please be aware that around the holidays, shipping delays may occur due to postal services experiencing higher than normal volume.

For all International Orders:  In accordance with the law, all international orders will have the full value declared on customs forms as applicable. Please be aware of your countries import duties, fees, VAT taxes, and other charges, as some of these can be expensive. These fees are not included in your order's fees (i.e., price of product(s) and shipping fees). ZoZo's Paw cannot be held responsible for these additional charges and we cannot provide a refund for your order if you refuse to pay these fees.  It is the customer's responsibility to be informed on such fees and to follow applicable laws.
